Annual Review data not saving when changing to custom tab 1, 2 or 3

When entering data on the annual review tab if a user then goes to custom tab the data will not be saved. When going back to the Annual Review tab the data is gone. If data is entered on the Annual Review tab, then a user goes to the services tab or other canned tab then the data is saved. t is suspected that the event trigger for saving is not connecting from the annual review tab to any of the custom tabs
