ADAP Formulary not saving active date

When adding a NDC to the ADAP formulary in the ADAP Import Tool, a changed active date isn't saved unless you edit it from the main ADAP Import Tool menu. If you edit and save it when you add it (from the "Details" screen) the new date doesn't save.
