If you open a variety of forms, like the performance measure form, the orders from, the scheduler, the e-mail set up form, some of them have dedicated close buttons, some have the red x in the top right, some have a hyperlink tied to a function key for close.
There should be consistency across all forms for the close/red x button. Some forms do not have either, but the Esc button will close it.
