» How do I change where backups are stored?

To change the location of the backup directory do the following:

Open CW Admin in the RW CAREWare Business Tier (Default location: C:\Program Files\CAREWare\RW CAREWare Business Tier).
Press "Stop Server" and locate the SQLServerBackupDirectory tag.
Highlight the tab and press "Edit". Edit the Setting path to the new location.
Press "Save" and then press "Start Server".

You can also edit the SQLServerRestoreFromDirectory to reflect the change in the backup directory path. If you do not change the restore from path then CAREWare will only try to restore the backups located in the default path.
