To generate a Mailing Label Report, clients will need a mailing address and Include on label report checked in demographics. The client's Mailing Address is always used for the mailing label report. The Include on label report checkbox does not determine which address to use. It only determines whether or not the client should be included on the mailing label report. If the Mailing Address is blank, checking Include on label report will add the Address fields to the Mailing address fields.
During the upgrade to the new build that includes the Mailing Address tab, CAREWare copies the old Address fields to the new Mailing Address fields, but only for clients that have Include on label report checked at the time of the upgrade.
In this case, this client has Include on label report checked. The Address City field is different than the Mailing Address City field.
The mailing address for Tester A. Test is included in the mailing label report.
In this case, this client has Include on label report unchecked.
The mailing address for Tester A. Test is not included in the mailing label report.
To generate a Mailing Label Report:
- Log into the Provider Domain.
- Click Reports.
- Click Mailing Labels.
- Click Run Report.
