As of October 1, 2015, ICD-10 diagnosis codes can be activated in CAREWare builds 865 and later. For additional information, click

The ICD 10 diagnoses codes can be downloaded
here.
Instructions for adding the ICD 10 Diagnosis file to CAREWare:
1. Download the CAREWare ICD10 Setup.xml file
2. Save that file in the RW CAREWare Client Tier folder
3. Click Administrative Options
4. Click Clinical Encounter Setup
5. Click ICD-10 Diagnosis Setup
6. Click Update Master List
7. Click the ellipsis
8. Click the CAREWare ICD10 Setup.xml file
9. Click Open
10. Click on Append or Replace
11. Click Update
There is an option to export an active diagnosis list.
1. Click Export Active List
2. Name the file
3. Click Save
This file can be used to replace another provider’s active diagnosis list.
