This a list of commonly occurring errors in CAREWare. These are normally caused by configuration issues within the Business or Data tiers.

  1. Receiving error: Login failed for user 'cwbt'
  2. Receiving error “The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)” when attempting to install RW CAREWare.
  3. Received Error: SQL Server does not exist or access is denied
  4. Receiving Error: Unable to connect to the remote server
  5. Receiving error: Invalid URI: The hostname could not be parsed
  6. Receiving error: Could not load file or assembly 'UCI_Generator
  7. When I try to log in I get an error message saying 'The underlying connection was closed'
  8. Why do I get a permission error during the PDI import that says I have no read permission on a table in the Access file.
  9. The client sync cannot maintain a secure channel
  10. Quality Check: Failed to load MSXml2.dll
  11. Receiving error: An error occurred updating the channel encryption setting
