We've listed here all bugs found in CAREWare for easy user reference. Please find the bug affecting your usage and see if it's fixed.

  1. Crosstab report with custom field filter generates error when run with no date span
  2. Custom service fields that are active for only 1 subservice do not appear on the Service tab listview
  3. Errror generating during the saving of a new custom report
  4. Unable to add any Vital Sign components to form designer
  5. Unable to add Hemoglobin or BMI to custom form
