» Error when Adding new services

The error occurs when two providers share the same client and have Service sharing turned on. The enrollment dates of the same client in each provider are different and one provider has services for the client prior to the enrollment date of another provider. The error occurs when the Client Tier tries to set the last service date for that service and displays a message similar to the one below. However, the service is added to the client.

Source: - Internal Error: The last service date [04/14/2010] cannot be before the Enrollment date
