» Error setting Mental Health value in Annual Review

The following error only occurs when a client has a Mental Health Screening which has 'Unknown' as a qualitative result. The client's annual review which contains information about Mental Health and Substance Abuse throws the following exception.

Source:  - Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: index
   at Client.frmClientInfo.LoadAnnualReviewControls()
   at Client.frmClientInfo.cmbAnnualYear_SelectedIndexChanged(Object sender, EventArgs e)
An error occurred while updating the annual review for the selected year.
