Error occurs when checking client services on the central administration domain

» Error occurs when checking client services on the central administration domain

Getting this error in the central domain when I click on the service tab and then try to click on any other tab. Error is:

An error occurred while sending client demographics information to Business tier. 
You will not be able to update demographics information at this time.
