Enrollment Date not saving if 2 or more services added to a new client. This only occurs with 2 or more services added to a new client in builds 545 to 568.

Steps to replicate

  1. The demographics information was entered without problem.
  2. The user moved to the Services tab and entered the Enrollment Date along with two services both with the same dates at the Enrollment Date.
  3. The user then proceeded to the Annual Review tab and filled in the necessary data (primary insurance, income, household size, etc).
  4. When the user went back to the Services tab she noticed that the Enrollment Date was no longer there.
