Custom Combo box in 1st position of custom filter generates error

When creating a performance measure and setting the 1st position criteria as a custom combo box the following error will be generated:

LogicalJoin cannot be None_

Setting the 1st position as a CAREWare defined field and then adding the custom combo box field in the 2nd or later position will work around the error.
