CAREWare 6 Browser Hard Reload

In some cases, your browser will not load changes from a new CAREWare 6 build because the browser has older information in a cache. To clear the cache, a hard reload may be necessary.

1. Open Browser.
2. Press Ctrl + F5.
   

or

1. Open Browser.
2. Press F12 to open the development tool.
3. Right click Refresh icon.
4. Click Hard Reload.
5. Press F12 to close the development tool.
   

When Find Client is clicked, CAREWare will open another window. The URL for that window will include ClientInformation.htm. Make sure to complete the hard reload steps for that window as well.
