How do I start/stop/restart the business tier?

1. Go to the CAREWare Business Tier directory (Default location: C:\Program Files\CAREWare\RW CAREWare Business Tier)
2. Right Click CW Admin.exe.
3. Click Run as Administrator.
4. Click “Start Server”.
   

1. Click Stop Server
2. Wait one minute.
3. Click Start Server
   

1. Click Start
2. Click Control Panel
3. Click Administrative Tools
4. Double click on Services
5. Locate the RWCAREWareBusinessTier service
6. Right click RWCAREWareBusinessTier service
7. Click Start
   

1. Click Stop
2. Wait one minute.
3. Click Start
   

• Not all systems require waiting one minute, however systems that do will receive a timeout error message for restarting the service too soon.
