The latest medication import can be found in the client tier directory if you have the most recent build installed. You can also download the medications import file from the HRSA website.

1. Log in to the provider domain
2. Go to Administrative Options>Clinical Encounter Setup>Medications Setup
3. Click on Advanced Options
4. Click on the ellipses in the upper right corner
5. Browse to the client tier directory (Default location: C:\Program Files\CAREWare\RW CAREWare Client Tier)
6. Locate the medications import file called MedicationsImportX.XX.XML. (X.XX is the build number) Highlight the medications import file and click Open.
7. Search for the medications you would like to import using the search field. Once it appears, highlight it and click Add.
8. Repeat step 7 until all of the medications are added.
9. Click Close
10. Verify that the newly added medications are checked Activated.
    

You will now be able to chose these new medications for a client on the Medications tab.
