The Provider Setup Import/Export generates a file, where the name of the file is unreadable for the browser portion of the import process required to import that file to a provider domain. The file created shows a file path of the client tier folder; C:\Program Files (x86)\CAREWare\RW CAREWare Client Tier. The file is actually saved in the CAREWare folder; C:\Program Files (x86)\CAREWare. When browsing to import that file, the file cannot be viewed because the only file type is for
XML Export Templates (CW_Templates.XML). In testing the file was named
RW CAREWare Client Tier 895CW_Template.xml.
1. Log into the provider domain.
2. Click
Administrative Options.
3. Click
Export Menu.
4. Click
Provider Import/Export.
5. Click
Run Export.
6. Enter a message.
7. Click
OK.
8. Click
OK.
1. Click Import Existing Template.
2. Click
Yes.
3. Click the ellipsis.
The file will not be visible due to a bug with how the file is named.
