The Form Designer allows providers to create their unique forms directly in RW CAREWare. The information entered in the form designer is entered in the database as all other client data, thus protected by the security features included in RW CAREWare.
This ability to create unique, provider specific forms and access this data through custom reports allows users quicker data entry and ease of use. The Form Designer is able to create a multitude of fields that are found on provider forms and create the same layout as found on the form.
