Page History: Error 1920 when installing business tier

When installing the new version of CAREWare containing the new .net framework 4.5.1, Windows needs to have that .net framework installed. If .net framework 4.5.1 is not installed the following error may occur:

Error 1920 windows RW CAREWare Business Tier failed to start. Verify you have sufficient privileges to start system services.

To verify .net framework, check the registry at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\Full.
