Page History: Can't see entire screen or demographics or services screen is missing fields

This is likely due to a screen resolution setting for Windows to increase the size of text.

Right click on the desktop.
Click Screen Resolution.
Click Make text and other items larger or smaller.

Click here to read Microsoft's instructions to change text size.

If the setting is set to medium or large, try changing it to smaller and see if that resolves the issue.
