In some cases, your browser will not load changes from a new CAREWare 6 build because the browser has older information in a cache. To clear the cache, a hard reload may be necessary.

Open Browser.
Press CTR + F5.

Open Browser.
Press F12 to open the development tool.
Right click Refresh icon.
Click Hard Reload.
Press F12 to close the development tool.

When reloading pages for CAREWare 6, make sure to reload all pages. In some cases, CAREWare will open another tab to display client information. This happens when a client record is viewed. The URL for that tab will include ClientInformation.htm. Make sure to complete the hard reload steps for that window as well.
