Page History: CAREWare 6 Browser Hard Reload

In some cases, a new release of CAREWare 6 build changes may not take effect or errors occur, because the browser has older information in a cache. To clear the cache, a Hard Reload may be necessary.

  1. Open Browser.
  2. Press CTR + F5.

or


  1. Open Browser.
  2. Click F12 to open the development tool.
  3. Right click Refresh icon.
  4. Click Hard Reload.
  5. Press F12 to close the development tool.
