» Error when using lab comment field value in filter

When using lab comment field in a filter for custom lab report the following error is generated:

Source:  - An error occurred while attempting to run the custom report.
If the problem persists, please contact technical support.
The data types ntext and nvarchar are incompatible in the equal to operator.
