The Effective Permissions section, which is intended to show the combination of permissions granted to a user through Individual Permissions and User Group permissions, is editable, meaning that the permissions can be changed from granted to revoked by double clicking on the permission. This is not the intended design. It is meant to be a viewable screen but changes in permission should be done by changing a User Group or Individual Permission.
