RW CAREWare provides a number of measures to prevent an unauthorized person from gaining access to client data through the use of someone else's user account.
The Data Protection Services will lock a user account after a pre-determined amount of time. By locking the account, the Data Protection Services adds an additional layer of protection for client data. When locked, RW CAREWare will not display any client data until the user returns and enters the correct password.
